Polyvinyl Chloride Tape used for insulation on electrical wires. Pvc tape coated with an aggressive ruber-resin adhesives. It is heat resistant and flame retardant. It has good aging characteristics that can with stand over a long period of time under severe condition.

Application:
PVC insulation tapes are flame retardant and thus mostly used for protection of electrical parts and wires.
Technical Details:
The thickness of insulation tapes vary in between 120-190 mic. It has tensile strength of 15-30
N/cm and the temperature resistance comes in between 0-1 grade/5~6kv.
To give it the desired insulation capacity, high voltage and temperature resistance, these are made of soft polyvinyl-chloride (SPVC) as backing material.
